Questions
How big does a group need to be?
6 people or more. For a smaller party, our trip planner is the place to start.
Does it cost anything to send a request?
No. Sending a request is free and doesn’t commit you to anything. If your group books, the agent may pay us a referral fee, at no extra cost to you. How we earn explains it.
Who will contact us?
The travel agent in Kenya who plans the trip, by email, and by phone or WhatsApp if you give a number. We pass your request on only with your permission, which you give on the form.
Who does the airport pickups and transport?
In Kenya, our sister company Urban Escape Luxury Cars does airport pickups, chauffeur-driven cars, vans and buses. Ask the agent to include it in your plan, or book it with them directly.
Can people fly in from different cities?
Yes. Say where people are travelling from, and the agent can plan arrivals on different days and flights.
We have a referral code. Where does it go?
If your organisation sent you a link with a code, the form fills it in for you. Otherwise type it in the referral code box. It only tells us which group sent you.
If your group books, the travel agent may pay us a referral fee, at no extra cost to you. We never sell travel or take a payment for a trip. How we earn
